Cancellation Policy: Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

Health Conditions: Please advice us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

Special Etiquette: Our Spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and pager, as well as respecting the serenity of the environment.

Age Requirements: The minimum age requirement for access to the spa in 18 with the exception of select teen treatments.

Gift Certificates: An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift certificates are available from the Spa Reception.

Advance Bookings: We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

Pregnancy: Please let our spa receptionist guide you in selecting suitable treatments which have been specially designed with your well-being in mind during this special time.
